Thank you for shopping at Rich Rapture. We believe you loved shopping experience with us.

However, if you are missed the joy of your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1.Returns

We strongly believe in customer satisfaction and hence, we want to cater you with best possible shopping experience with us not just with and before you purchase but also after your purchase.For the same, we offer 7 calendar days to return an UNWORN or UNUSED jewellery item from the date you received it, in whatever case you don’t like any product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.We accept any returned item with its original packaging and accessories as a full items/combo of your purchase. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of any missing items, the return shall not be considered valid and Rich Rapture holds all rights to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

 

2. Refunds

Rich Rapture will notify you once the return item is received at our warehouse/office and then the return will be processed after inspection of the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the source of payment mode used for the purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@richrapture.store and send your item to address provided by our executives.

 

4. Shipping

Rich Rapture makes best efforts to dispatch your product as soon as possible. As we are in customised jewellery, it takes time for each order to be precisely customised as per your requirements. Rich Rapture shall not be liable to pay for the shipping of returned goods/product.(Shipping costs are one-time charges and are non-refundable). Any delivery charges paid by us for picking up the returned product will be deducted from the MRP of main order (excluding delivery charges on purchase) and balance amount will be refunded to your account/source of payment at time of purchase.

Shipped product will be delivered within 7 working days After Dispatch

 

5. Non-returnable Items

Customized jewellery products cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, modifications, tampering, or compromise by any means.

 

6. Sale Items

Items with original MRP will be considered refundable. However, discounted items or  items sold in offers or sales cannot be refunded.
